Order Processing Time
In order to allow customers to receive the order in the shortest time, we generally process the order (including material ordering, producing, packaging and shipping) immediately after payment is made.
The order will be shipped with 24 hours Monday to Friday.
Under some circumstances, if the product is not in stock, you will not be able to select the delivery (or store pickup) within two to three days during the checkout process. The system will give you the earliest delivery (or pickup) date and time that you can choose according to the production time of different products.
If the inventory is not updated in time, or there is any failure that prevents us from delivering the products on time according to the order requirements, we will notify the customer of the situation as soon as possible after receiving the order, and then make another arrangement. Complaints about Goods and Services
If the quality of the goods or services is defective, please contact us via info@minoanhomey.com within 48 hours after the goods are delivered and keep the goods as they are. We will understand as soon as possible and provide you with satisfactory remedies.
